Each of us is on the path to reclaiming the conscious awareness of our Essence - that which is beyond and before any concept or thought - and to embracing the freedom that Spirit is as us.

As we begin to accept our truth, allow ourselves to live from that truth, and trust our inner guidance, the shackles of fear fall away and we are transformed, not into a "new creature," but into a remembered state of Union with The Divine.

My goal is to awaken to that Truth for myself, minute by minute and day-to-day.

My intention is to assist others in doing the same through transformational music, workshops, writing, meditation and prayer.
